Oh my, What a mess!

I knew it was coming, but I didn’t really realize what kind of mess I would be facing when this work started to happen.  Yes, I am talking about my home office.  Finally after months of bothering my husband, we are putting down the hardwood floors in my home office.  For the past couple of months I have been able to work in there, but I have to tell you that the room looks really bad with just boards sitting on the floor.  Well all that is going to change today.  I’m going to have pretty hardwood floors in my room now.  Maybe now I will feel comfortable leaving the door open and will want visitors to see my home work space.

So because this event is FINALLY going to take place, I will not complain about the mess that I have to clean up and I will be cleaning up this mess with a smile plastered on my face.

    Congratulations on your new floor. I know what you mean about the office not looking good enough to leave the door open! I always need to do some filing, organizing or changing stuff around and then as soon as I get it straight something (or a lot of somethings) migrates from another part of the house.

    BTW: Congratulations on being the Blog in the Spotlight at Tammy’s. I’m excited to learn about ALL your blogs… I’d love to know if blogging is your main source of work-from-home income! Thanks.
