Crappy day today
Well it’s the weekend and the weather outside is pretty crappy. The kids won’t be able to go outside today as it’s pouring rain and it’s really quite cold out. So I have to find them something to do in the house. Two little people between the ages of 9 and 7 can get bored quite easily and it can sometimes be quite a chore to find things to keep them busy. But, I think I have come up with a solution. I have hooked up their computer for them to play some online games on. The only problem with this solution is there is only one computer, so that means a little bit of fighting. But we will see if my idea works.

It’s been crappy here as well. Today must just be a bad weather day everywhere.

Hello
when my little girl was about a year old it had become difficult to do house chores while she was awake, so I’d put her in her playpen and slip in the Lilo and Stitch DVD into the player and she’d be entranced for the next hour, leaving me free to tidy up the house. Of course the downside is now she can outscream Lilo.

On days like these I don’t do anything and focus all my attention on them…Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t…ahhhh the joys of parenting.

Gotta hate it when they get stuck inside :0( Hope you are having better weather this week. Here today it was 0 degrees. Freezing and then add in the wind off the water.
