So…It looks like were buying a mini van

For the past year my husband and I have been discussing purchasing a “cheap” truck.  We had decided to sell my car (it’s the least expensive of the two) and take that money with a little extra and buy the truck.  So you can imagine my complete surprise when I got home from taking my daughter to her fiddle-a-thon (another post) and he informed me that him and my son purchased a van.  He had decided to trade in his car for this van.  Although I don’t think we need a van (8 passenger), it’s something he wants so what the heck.

I will still have my car so I can still go where I need to.  I don’t drive his car any way, so not driving this newer vehicle won’t bother me in the least.  But, I did want a truck and I thought we were getting a truck.  See what happens when I leave him home on his own for four hours. lol

I’m actually quite jealous! I would LOVE to buy a minivan, but we 1st have to pay off our house, then get my husband a newer truck (his is a 95′ chevy with 188k miiles on it) and then maybe we can get me a minivan.

That’s a man for ya! I ended up in the same situation a few years ago. We were going to buy me a new car, and I came home from work to find a Isuzu Rodeo needing an engine rebuilt in my yard. He finally got it into a drivable state a couple months ago!

And now you have been tagged!
