Final day of school

Well today is the kid’s final day of school.  Because it’s the final day, it’s only half a day so they will be arriving home on the buses around 11:30 am.  They didn’t have to go to school today, but they both wanted to as they wanted to go to say good bye to their teachers and friends.  Both kids had a wonderful year at school but are happy to see this year come to an end and summer vacation start up.  We have a very busy summer planned so the time will just fly by and soon it will be time to start getting ready for school again.  Kara will be headed into grade 5 and Daniel will be making his way up to grade 3.

    so different over here. in 3 days time, my 4-year-old’s mid year school holidays will be over. Guess the expressions on your kids face and the one on mine must be the direct opposite now! LOL
