And That’s….the Truth

Once again the weekend is upon us. What are your plans for the weekend? Not much going on around here. I have to work on Saturday and Sunday. But other than that we have no real plans. It’s supposed to be really nice and warm this weekend so we may do something with the kids when I get home from work.

Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend and I’ll see you all again real soon.

I have to tell you all that I’m probably one of the most unorganized people on this earth. I constantly drive my husband crazy. He is one of the more organized people that I know. And it really doesn’t matter what I try, I still can’t seem to get my self together. So I have been looking at some different types of PDAs to purchase that might help me to become a little more organized. I honestly think the price of any of these units would be well worth it if I could find a way to organize my time better which would help me to get more of my work done, which in turn would help me earn more income. I haven’t decided anything definite yet, but I am doing some research and will hopefully make a decision real soon.

Well I hope you all had a great weekend! Our weekend here was pretty quiet.

I went to work, as I always do. It was pretty quiet around the restaurant so that was a bonus for me. Then when I got home I took the kids outside for a little fun in the sun. The entire weekend was pretty decent as far as weather goes so we were pretty lucky with that. Other than that… not much took place.

So all in all, it was a pretty good weekend as it was very relaxing which doesn’t seem to happen in our house very often.

Finally it’s Friday once again. Yeah! I hope you all have a great weekend. I get to work all weekend so that’s what my weekend looks like as of now. But we are supposed to have really nice weather this weekend so hopefully after work we will be able to do something fun with the children.

Yesterday was Easter so that means it’s spring right?? Nope. Not around here anyway. Right now we are in the middle of a major snowstorm. That’s right. A major snowstorm. Both the cars are covered with the white stuff once again. It started snowing yesterday morning and it really hasn’t stopped for over 24 hours. The only good thing is, is the fact that the temperatures are still quite mild. But that’s all I can say is good about it. But, there is relief in site. It’s supposed to warm up and be sunny tomorrow so hopefully a lot of this snow will go away quite quickly. Is spring ever going to arrive and stay?

Well today is the only day that I have to myself. For the past three days, I have been called into work so they really weren’t days I could call my own. And then, when the kids get home from school tonight they will be on a a five day break. So this means for the next five days my house will be filled with kids and quite noisy. So I need to get everything done today that needs to be done over the next few days. After that anything that needs to be done will have to wait until Tuesday of next week. So I guess I’m going to enjoy my me day today as it will be the only one I will get to experience this week.

I really do wish my husband would make up his mind and stick with it. For about the last month now he has been driving me crazy trying to decide if he is going to purchase the kids a new computer or not. For the past month all he has been talking about has been different types of notebook computers, notebook memory and anything else that has to do with computers. I really wish he would decide once and for all what he is doing and just do it. The kids really do need a new computer, but all this back and forth is starting to drive me a little mad. He even took a little trip yesterday to buy one and he came home empty handed. Hopefully he will make a decision soon and we can get on with life.

Well after months and months of waiting, we have finally gotten the official word on what is taking place at my husband’s place of employment. His shifts are going to change and he will be working further from home so it looks like I’m going to have to change things at my work as well. Last week he was given the official talk about a new van, new safety equipment and a new company cell phone. When he gets all these items in place he will then start on his new shifts which will mean a lot more weekends for him. This also means that I either have to switch my shifts at work or I have to leave entirely. Right now I’m not sure what I will be doing, but I do know that I have to make a decision soon.

I’ll let you all know what I decide.

Well this week my schedule is completely messed up. Today I had to go into work for a few hours. Now if your a regular reader of this blog, you already know that I normally only work Saturday and Sunday’s. But, my boss asked me to work a shift for her this week, so today was the day. And then towards the end of the week I will have both the kids home for Easter break so I won’t be getting a whole lot accomplished toward the end of the week either. Oh well, life happens. Maybe next week I’ll have more time to talk to all of you about nutritional health supplements. But it won’t be happening too much this week. So I hope you all have a great week and maybe I’ll talk to you all sooner than I think I will be able to right now.

The day has finally arrived much to my daughter’s delight. Yes, that’s right. Tomorrow is her annual fiddle-a-thon and she is pretty excited. For the past couple of months she has been collecting pledges and tomorrow she will play her violin for 200 minutes to earn the pledges that she got. Although she is pretty excited about this day, I really can’t say that I am. While she is playing for 200 minutes, I get to sit there and listen to her for 200 minutes. Oh well, this only happens once a year and it’s something that she really enjoys so I guess I can suck it up for one day now can’t I?!
