Sick kid
Well the flue season has officially started in our house. This morning my youngest son (he’s 9) woke up with a stomach ache and a slight fever. So I kept him home from school. With these things you just can’t be too careful, so it was better he stay home for one day then lose a ton of others. When I went to the cupboard to get him some Tylenol I was quite surprised to find we were completely out. So, I went down to the drug store and stocked up on more cold and flue medication. Thank heavens I didn’t have to purchase any diet pills as well, or I would have ran out of money. But we now have some medication and hopefully he will be back to his ambitious little self in no time.
