And That’s….the Truth

There is nothing I hate worse in life than playing the waiting game. And for the past six weeks, that’s what I’ve been doing. Six weeks ago I had a test performed at the doctors and still haven’t received word yet and how it went. It’s driving me crazy. The only thing I can tell you is that it has nothing to do with diet pills for weight loss problems. But other than that, all I can do is wait. Man… I hope the tests come back soon or I’m really going to go a little crazy.

After receiving my test results, I have to tell you all that I’ve been feeling pretty great. I guess I didn’t quite realize the stress that I was under while waiting for these results to come back. Yes, I knew I really didn’t have to worry about purchasing some prenatal vitamins, but I was awfully concerned about what was happening with my system. But as my doctor told me, I’m in really great health and don’t have anything to worry about at this point in my life. So I guess the stress is gone.

A little over a week ago I went to the hospital to have a massive amount of blood work done. Well yesterday my Dr.’s office called and the results are in. So today I am headed over to the Dr.’s to find out what he has to say. I’m not really concerned about all this and just kind of figure I’ll deal with whatever he says when I get there. It’s not like he’s going to prescribe fast weight loss pills or anything like that, but I’m not real sure what will happen. I’ll be sure to stop by later with my results.

Last week I went to the doctor’s and really didn’t receive any good news. Right now I am seriously underweight and my blood pressure is dangerously low. So now I have to go for a battery of tests on Tuesday and being a person who is seriously afraid of needles, I am not looking forward to this. The doctor has prescribed me some vitamins (no not a prenatal vitamin) and is ordering me to eat more to put on some weight. After the test results come back I guess then we’ll take it from there. Hopefully he can figure out what’s going on and I’ll be back to normal soon.

I’ve got to say that this has been a horrible month for me and my family. First my son came down sick and after taking him to the doctor’s and them using medical equipment on him, his father came down sick. Then to top it all off I managed to catch the sickness. But I’d like to report that we are all feeling much better and seem to be on the mend. Now hopefully my daughter doesn’t get it and then we can all finally be healthy once again.

I’m still not feeling 100%, but I am feeling a whole lot better than I did on Friday or Saturday. Man…. I was sick. I can handle the coughing and the chest congestion, but the one thing that I have a real hard time dealing with is the sinus problems. And that’s what I had. But today I feel a whole lot better. I think I may actually get some work done on my computer today. I plan on finding a receipt printer for my home business and actually have the energy to browse the Internet for a while. So I think I’m on the mend!

As you can all see it’s been a little while since I’ve been in here to post. I have been really sick with a head cold and now a sinus infection. So I’ve been doing as little as possible while trying to get better. I wasn’t even able to finish my articles on the best fat burners that was due yesterday. This cold is a bad one and has knocked me for a serious loop. Hopefully I will start to feel better soon, otherwise it’s going to start to affect my income.

Later on this week I need to go to the doctor’s. I rarely go, if ever. But when I really get sick or when I need my eczema treatment then I do end up going. There is really only one reason why I despise going to my doctor. This is because when you make an appointment for 9:00 am, you’re lucky if you see him by 1:00 pm. I absolutely hate the wait! So that is why I don’t go to the doctor very often. I guess I figure that if I wait long enough, whatever ails me will take care of itself.

Well I thought I got my youngest son all better. Yesterday I sent him back to school (after being home for a week) and he seemed to make out just fine. Well…. he woke up this morning with a stomach ache and a fever. So this means he’s home once again. He’s only in grade 4 and is having no real problems in school so this isn’t a real big deal. But I just feel so bad for him. Oh well, maybe a quite day at home laying around will do the trick and maybe he will be okay to go back to school tomorrow.

I am feeling 100% better today than I was yesterday! Yesterday I felt so bad that I actually went to bed at 7:00 pm. That’s right, I was in bed last night before the children. But after a good night’s sleep, I am finally feeling like myself. Who knows with all this extra energy I have today I may actually get some work done. I need to write five articles on new weight loss products and also need to dye my hair today as well. As long as I keep feeling the way I am right now, I’m confident that I will get it all done. Thankfully my illness was only a one day thing.
