Knitting again

Well I finally decided to try to get out of my rut. Instead of spending my days on the computer looking up it degrees and the possibility of changing careers I spent most of the last couple of days looking up knitted afghan patterns. I found one that I really liked and starting knitting once again. Honestly this has changed my mood dramatically. I really do enjoy knitting and if it’s a pattern that I can really get in to it does help me relax. Too bad I can’t make any serious money doing this type of thing as I would if I had an it degree but at this point I don’t really care about the money. So my mood since the last time I posted is a bit better. So life is looking up once again and the days don’t seem quite so boring to me any longer.

Personalized cards

As you all know, I do a lot of crafting. But I usually get to a point that I get pretty bored with the crafts that I’m doing and stop doing them for awhile. Well, over the weekend I decided to check into how expensive and time consuming it would be for me to start making personalized cards. I checked around the Internet a bit and discovered that it would be pretty easy to create some baby shower invitations or graduation invitations or whatever pretty easily. After doing all this research, I have decided that I’m going to give this a try. I’ll let you all know how I make out in this new adventure.

Last minute shopping for books

Well with only two weeks left until Christmas eve, I have decided that I really need to get a move on purchasing the last of my Christmas presents. My youngest son is pretty much finished, but I still need to pick up a few more items for my daughter. Because she is such an avid reader, I have decided to try to purchase her some chapter books suitable for a 10 year old. I have checked in different stores around here and found the prices to be quite high so I have decided to browse the Internet and see if I can find some reasonably priced children’s books.

Well I’m happy to report that I have discovered a site where I have found a lot of books for sale. Not only do they have a wide variety of children’s books for sale, but you can find all kinds of other awesome books as well. All books are reasonably priced and if you join one of their clubs, you can even get better discounts. So not only have I been looking for children’s books for my children, but I have now found the site where I will be purchasing all my historical romance books as well.

Jewelry update

So I thought I would give you all an update on how I’m doing with my homemade jewelry creations. I have quite a few pieces made and I plan to start selling them at my father in law’s upcoming garage sales. I have tried to sell them via the Internet, but haven’t seen very many sales through this method. I think part of the problem is that when your selling off the Internet, the pictures just don’t do the pieces justice. And then of course you have to add shipping charges to all your prices, so the pieces become a little more expensive. So I will try to sell them in person to people and see how I make out with this course of action. I can’t do any worse then I’m doing right now. So hopefully I will do better.

I was surprised

My husband was reading an article yesterday about body building and legal steroids and serve caralluma
I was quite surprised to hear that some types of steroids are legal. I guess I really never thought too much about this fact, as I don’t use steroids and never will. But, that’s just me. On the other hand, my husband has just starting getting into working out, body building and all of the aspects of this particular lifestyle. So finding out that there are legal stuff out there as an option for him to take if he wishes, intrigued him quite a bit. I don’t know if he will ever get heavily into this lifestyle, but the information was well received by him.

Another new project

I know that I really should finish crafting projects that I have started before I begin new ones, but I really can’t help myself.  Right now I have some pieces of caralluma and hoodia
homemade jewelry that I really need to finish, my daughter’s knitted afghan, a pink and purple quilt,  and three different scrapbooks.  But, I start to get bored with what I’m doing so I start something new.

Last night I set up my printer so I went browsing the Internet for some free plastic canvas patterns that I could download and print.  Well I found two different bathroom sets that I’m going to make to put up for sale on my crafting site.  Now that I have the printed patterns, I want to start making them.  I know I should wait until I have  some of my other projects finished before I start on it.  But if I know me, within the next couple of days I will be hauling out all my plastic canvas supplies. lol

New Collection

I am a provillus results forum
collecting nut! Maybe that’s why my husband calls me a pack rat!? I love collecting, building up my collections and just looking at them. Right now I have several collections and some of them are spoons, thimbles, salt and pepper shakers, and cows. Well this past weekend while we were visiting my father in law, my daughter stumbled across a pig collection that my mother in law (she’s not with us any more) had. When she pointed out the little piggies to her grandfather he turned around and asked me if I would like the collection (he knows what kind of collecting nut I am) and of course I said yes! So now I have another collection to add to my collection. lol And because they were my mother in law’s, I will treasure them forever.

How about you guys? Do you have any collections?

Getting Back to Normal

Well now that it’s January 2 and the holidays are firmly behind us, it’s time for me to get back to my normal routines. So that means that I need to get back to my blogging that I have come to enjoy and to get cracking on making sure that this year I get my home crafting business over at Simply Crafting up and propecia vs provillus
running and profitable. For the past couple of weeks, I haven’t really done too much crafting but now that I have my living room back, I’m going to get back at it.

Although I do enjoy the holidays, I am happy to see when they are all over. This way the kids go back to school (next week), my husband is back at work, and I am slowly getting back into my own routines. So don’t be surprised when you see my face around your blogs a little more than I have been over the past few weeks.

Kid’s Crafts

As most of caralluma extreme 8005189164 kn
you know, I do a lot of crafts.  So this is why I am so happy to see that my kids take an interest in this as well.  They have tried all kinds of crafts such as knitting, scrapbooking and crocheting.  So I wasn’t really surprised to see that they have taken an interest in jewelry making as well.  But, what surprised me the most was how much my son enjoys doing this.  He is more into beading than my daughter.  I think this is so cute.  He has made a couple of pieces and plans to give them to his teacher for Christmas.  My daughter enjoys doing the craft as well and she has made some pieces herself.  For kids jewelry, they actually did a really good job and I can’t wait to see the next pieces that they both create.

New Hobby

Yes, it has happened again. I have gotten bored with my current crafting projects. So, I have decided that I want to of caralluma fimbriata extract
try something different. I have been considering trying to make some home made and personalized jewelry. There seems to be a pretty good market for this type of work. And, if my projects don’t turn out like I want them too, my daughter will end up with a lot of nice pieces of jewelry. I have bought a couple of books and after I have read them to determine the time and money that this will involve, I may just start making this type of craft. A couple of other crafts that I would like to try my hand at would be soap making and candle making. Who knows, hopefully soon I’ll be able to let you all know that I’m an expert jewelry maker. LOL
