Dealing with acne

Last month I was finally able to get all my pesky acne under control. I used the last of the acne solutions that I had in my home and because I thought I had this problem under control I didn’t bother to purchase any more. Well I should have. Yesterday I woke up with another break out and didn’t have a thing in the house to take care of it. So I had to go out and purchase some more. I really wish I could find something that would work to not only take the acne away at the time, but to make it stay away forever. Does anyone know of a product that would make this problem disappear forever? I can’t believe at my “old” age I still have to be concerned about this problem.

Kid’s insurance

Every year the kids come home with some forms from their school for life insurance for kids. I think this is a pretty good idea. Not only does this coverage work as life insurance, but it also works as accidental insurance as well. This means that if the kids are outside playing and something happens (god forbid), they will be covered. Or if mom or dad need to take some time off work to take care of the child their salaries will be covered as well. I know this is a topic that I really don’t like to think about, but unfortunately life happens and it’s better to be safe than sorry.

How times have changed

When I was busy having my babies, there weren’t many options to choose from when ordering baby shower invitations, birthday invitations or even wedding invitations. How times have changed. Now you can find so many cute invitations to pick from that would suit any and all needs. You can even get companies to custom make invitation for you. It’s unbelievable how much technology has evolved just in recent years. But, since my baby making years are about eight years behind me, I guess my next custom order of invitations will come in the form of graduation invitations. But since my daughter is just headed in to grade 5 I guess I have a few years to worry about all this, now don’t I?

Back to normal

Today is the last day of my husband’s vacation. I would like to say that I’m sorry to see this time end, but really I’m not. I spent an entire week with him bugging me. Honestly having one man home is worse than having two little kids home. At least the kids will go play and do something. And when they ask me to come see something they will wait until I am able to do so. Not so with him. He thinks as soon as he bellows I should go running. Honestly after having him home for a week, I seriously thought I may need to check out Phentermine no prescription just to lose the weight I have gained in the last week. When I get stressed I eat and I was stressed a lot. But tomorrow things will get back to normal and that includes my eating habits as well.

Controversy about diet pills

We are now living in a world of people trying to get fit and living healthier lives. One method they are using to achieve their goals is through the use of diet pills. But there is a controversy concerning this type of weight loss method. Although I haven’t needed to resort to these measures myself, I have a lot of friends and family members who have taken diet pills with mixed results. Because there are so many brands of diet pills on the market for the average consumer to choose from it can sometimes become very frustrating and confusing as to what product is the best for them and why.

That is why it is nice to be able to find sites that will give you a Hydroxycut review or a review on any type of diet pill. The Internet is a wonderful tool to use in this day and age, but ultimately it’s up to each and every individual to make the final decision of what type of products they want to put into their systems.

Home gym set back up

Over the winter it was way too cold in my little room that I use for my home gym. But now that it’s a lot warmer out I have been working very hard in that room to get it all set up to start my work outs again. It was either that or look at taking some Leptovox to get back in shape. And since I’m not real fond of taking any type of pills I figured I should probably set up the gym instead. Well I’m happy to report that it’s all ready and waiting for me. Now all I need to do is find the motivation to get going. Maybe if I got off the computer for a little while I might get the exercising done that I need to. But the trouble is playing on the computer is a lot more fun than working out.

I’m going to do it!

A friend of mine belongs to our local gym and for months now she has been trying to talk me into trying them out. Last week she gave me a coupon for a free week’s trial at her gym and I finally said I would do it. I’m not really crazy about joining a gym as I am pretty self conscious about my looks, but what heck, it’s free. So next week I’m going to go in and try out their treadmills and stair masters. I have no real interest in trying out the rest of the equipment. I probably won’t join as joining a gym honestly doesn’t interest me, but I will give it the week to see if I am missing something.

Still house hunting

Well now that we have officially started our house hunting, I have been in contact with several different mortgage lenders. As this is the first time that we have tried to acquire a mortgage, I am really unsure as to what the process is. I know that a person should really get a few quotes so that is why I have contacted several lenders. Whoever gives us the best deal with the least hassle will probably be the company that we end up going with. Although this process is highly confusing, it is also extremely exciting. But I can’t wait until it’s all said and done and we are finally moved into our own little home.

Problems with getting older

As my 40th birthday approaches rather quickly (May 9), it has gotten me to thinking about some of the challenges and problems we face as we get older. One problem that I have discovered over recent years is that my memory is pretty much shot. My long term memory seems to be what the problem is. I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting older or if there are some things in my past that I choose not to remember. It’s not a great big deal, but it would sure be nice if I could buy memory and be able to remember a lot more things that have happened in my past. But since this isn’t likely to happen I’ll just have to be happy with the memories that I do still have.
